Tenax Aerospace Makes Strategic Capital Investment In WGS Systems

The move helps both companies expand their market presence and competitive position.

April 10, 2012 — Tenax Aerospace has recently completed a strategic investment in WGS Systems, a Maryland-based privately-held engineering and electronic product development company.

Tenax is an aerospace company focused on providing quick-reaction aircraft, logistics and inventory spares leasing solutions to government agencies and commercial customers worldwide. This investment by Tenax in WGS builds upon an already strong relationship, and will help both companies expand their offerings in support of Federal and military aviation programs.

WGS has a primary focus on developing airborne and land-based integrated surveillance and reconnaissance systems on manned, unmanned airborne, ground and surface and man-packable platforms.
